The community council approves the transfer of the amount of 20,000 drachmas from Chapter 35, Article 1, to Chapter 40, Article 1. Similarly, it approves the allocation of a fixed advance of 20,000 drachmas for expenses related to the procurement of supplies and the implementation of passive air defense measures for the country, from Chapter 22, Article 14 of the 1940-1941 fiscal year, supplemented by an equivalent amount from Chapter 40, Article 1 of the 1940-1941 fiscal year.
