Aretsou. Blessing ceremony on the boat of the Tsousis brothers

Before setting out for a month-long fishing expedition—until the moon became full—fishing boats would undergo a blessing ceremony. Likewise, the Kaiki Poseidon of the brothers Nikos, Petros, and Lefteris Tsaousis (nicknamed the Bulgarakia) was blessed onboard by Father Emilianos along with its crew before departure.
