Περιγραφή
At the junction of Nikolaos Plastiras and Ioannou Pasalidis streets (formerly King George Street). In "Bairi" as it was called in the old days. Panagiotis Mourouzis (left) and Anastasios Theodosiadis (Tikos) with the moustache (right). The cement pillar seen behind the people is Maniatis' cafe, then his son turned it into the "Pussycat" discotheque. The little house that can be seen under the column, and near the sea pad is the tavern of Yiannis Zambetoglou and under their feet the tiles that can be seen is the cafe of Gonatis, later it became the tavern "Sykies" of Maniatis. In the background you can see the pier of Kourio and further down the "Zerkia" of Aretsou where the fishermen from Aretsou used to hang their nets to dry them and further down the pier of Aretsou.
