No. Decision 154 of the Municipality of Kalamaria, on July 17th, 1951

The municipal council shall determine and impose for the fiscal year 1951-1952, an additional municipal tax for each free transfer of property by inheritance, bequest or death, at the rate of 10% of the public tax or fee, original or additional, due in each case.
